The Orlando Opportunity Fund is committed to finding and funding Central Florida’s entrepreneurs who have a pre-established models and team that are ready for fast growth. Our startup investment strategy is focused on making angel investments in tech and tech enabled companies. We have a specific interest in Enterprise Software, SaaS, Healthcare IT, Hospitality Tech, EdTech, IoT & Smart Sensors, Data & Analysis, Media, and FinTech.

Our startup fund leadership has been involved in many startup investments along with the mergers and acquisitions of over 200 tech sector companies.

Our typical equity investments range from $250k-$500k per company.

In order to be considered for this Orlando Opportunity Fund your business will need to be located within a designated Opportunity Zone or be willing to relocate. We are extremely selective of the companies we choose to invest in.

To be considered companies must have:

• Well thought out business model / business plan
• Strong market opportunity
• Product market fit, or a clear plan to achieve it
• Clearly defined customer(s) with validation
• Intellectual Property or very clear value proposition
• Strong executive team and advisory board
• Deep understanding of industry and/or technology
